I’m Sofia, an AI-first product designer drawn to the earliest, messiest stages of a product. For 6+ years, I’ve helped teams turn ambiguous ideas into focused MVPs and growth-stage experiences. I trained as a chemist, so I still think in experiments, and lately I’m all in on AI: designing how agents behave and building my prototypes in code. Today, I design B2B real estate products at Avito, one of Europe’s largest classifieds platforms.
I lead design across 2 teams: a B2B product for real estate agents and an internal CRM. I ship bug fixes straight to production and vibe-code prototypes for research.
Reimagined an existing feature through design research into Secret Listings, a discovery-first concept relaunched as an MVP.
During eight months without a PM, I initiated and led in-product feedback from problem framing to implementation with engineering. I also designed acquisition journeys and the MVP owner account for a 0→1 real estate service.
Designed 15+ products end to end for early-stage startups across ecommerce, mobile apps, marketplaces, SaaS and connected devices. Took products from 0 to 1 and built their design systems.
