Growing the top of the funnel and product usage of a B2B service for real estate agents

Partner Channel is a B2B service that connects real estate agents with developers of newly built homes. In one product, agents discover properties, prepare options for buyers, register and book clients, and manage their deals. I also work on the internal CRM that operators use to support these deals.

All of these workflows were already there, but analytics showed that agents rarely used search and other features of the product. Many came in only near the end of a deal, to secure their commission. Our goal is to grow conversion into search and product adoption at the early stages of a deal, so agents use Partner Channel while they are still finding and comparing homes for their buyers.

I work across property discovery and deal workflows. I proposed a redesign of the apartment availability grid, the key tool for comparing units in a new development, and explored it through interactive prototypes built in code. The redesign lifted conversion into using the grid by 67%. To test ideas fast, I run usability studies myself, synthesize the research with Claude and prototype in Framer, which cut UX validation cycles to 2 days. AI-assisted coding is a big part of how I work: I build whole workflows as code-first prototypes to discuss product directions with the team, and I ship smaller features and UI updates to production myself, without a developer.

The work is ongoing, and more results are expected later in 2026.

Impact

  • Built end-to-end workflow prototypes in code with AI, and shipped smaller features and UI updates to production without a developer
  • Initiated the redesign of the apartment availability grid and shaped how agents explore units in a development and present options to buyers; conversion into using the grid grew by 67%
  • Cut UX validation cycles to 2 days by running usability studies myself, synthesizing research with Claude and prototyping in Framer
  • Redesigned core workflow interfaces: the agent account, client registration and booking forms, client presentations and unit details on development pages
  • Defined the product architecture for an aggregator of developer offers and promotions
  • Built a Figma plugin that generates loaders for specifications
  • Contributed to shared components and platformization across the product
